  • By completing my purchase, I understand that my decision to come to Ouray in 2026 AND join ROAM is final and legally binding, and that no refunds will be given for either unless my spot can be replaced in the future with another attendee to the retreat. This replacement is solely up to myself (the attendee) to find
  • I am aware that my retreat ticket must be paid in full by the time of my arrival in Ouray in September 2026
  • I am further aware that I am legally obligated to finish my payment regardless of change of life situation, career, financial situation, medical hardship, pregnancy, or any other reason that would prevent me from joining
  • I understand that I am responsible for getting myself to Montrose, a 45 minute drive from Ouray, and that Montrose is the best town to fly into.
  • I am aware that I am staying in a group style Airbnb where I may share a room with someone of the same sex
  • I am aware that meals, transportation, and lodging are covered in my ticket. Any extra drinks, foods, or snacks that I purchase along the way will not be reimbursed. 
  • I am aware that flights are my financial responsibility
  • I understand that I will be signing a waiver before arriving to Ouray

What can I say about ROAM Retreats? As someone who has attended all three retreats, I can confidently say that this is one of the things I look forward to every year. Mary and I purchased the Roam travel videography course as soon as it dropped, and what started as a technical education purchase for us quickly became the best investment we could’ve ever made for our business and ourselves in general.
